This is the eight-channel recorder for fleets that want the safety logic, not just the footage. It takes eight AHD 1080P cameras and runs three AI systems across them at once: DMS on the driver, ADAS on the road ahead, and BSD around the body. The result is a box that records everything and acts on the parts that matter.
Storage is flexible: a 256GB SD card for a lighter install, or a hard drive up to 2TB for vehicles that stay out for days. H.264 and H.265 keep the hours-per-gigabyte high, an encrypted, watermarked file system keeps the footage admissible, and 4G, WiFi and GPS report to the CMSV6 platform for live view and tracking. It stays compact at 197 by 177 millimetres so it hides behind a panel.
DMS flags eyes closing, fatigue and smoking in the cab; ADAS catches lens occlusion, lane departure and a closing vehicle ahead; BSD picks up a pedestrian, an unsafe following distance and movement in the blind area. Three jobs that often take three boxes, run here on one.
A 256GB SD card suits a vehicle that offloads often or wants the simplest install; a 2TB drive suits one that needs weeks of footage on board. Either way it loops over the oldest recording, and the watermarked, encrypted files hold up as evidence.
4G, WiFi and GPS bring live video, playback and route history to the CMSV6 platform on PC or phone, and an API lets it feed a customer’s own system. Local and remote firmware updates keep a whole fleet current without a workshop visit.
