Overview

Six channels, and the safety logic to use them

Where a plain monitor just shows the cameras, this unit acts on them. Its six channels are split for the job: six AHD camera images, one running a forward ADAS layer, five feeding blind-spot detection, and one driving a sound-and-light alarm. The result is a 10.1-inch touch system that does not just record the danger, it calls it out.

ADAS watches the road ahead for lane departure, a closing collision and pedestrians, and announces them by voice. The five-zone BSD covers the mirror blind spots and warns the driver as something moves into them. Underneath, six starlight cameras record in colour through the night to a card up to 256GB, with parking guidelines and a reverse view when the vehicle backs up.

ADAS voice alerts for lane departure, collision and pedestrians

ADAS that speaks up

The forward layer reads the road for lane drift, a closing distance that precedes a collision, and pedestrians ahead, and it warns the driver by voice rather than a flash that gets missed. It even flags a vehicle starting ahead at the lights, the small prompt that keeps traffic moving.

Five-zone blind-spot detection warning of a vehicle in the mirror blind spot

Five zones of blind-spot cover

The BSD algorithm watches five zones around the mirrors and the body, and alerts the driver the moment a vehicle or a person moves into one. With a dedicated sound-and-light alarm channel, the warning reaches both the cab and, where the lamp is mounted, the people outside.

Six starlight cameras recording in colour at night, IP68 metal housing

Six cameras, recorded in colour after dark

Starlight sensors keep a colour image where older cameras drop to grey, and the IP68 metal housings take the weather and the knocks. All six channels loop to a card up to 256GB, and WiFi, GPS, app control and voice round it out for a connected fleet.
