Four 190-degree fisheye cameras mount around the body, and the recorder warps and stitches them into a single 1080P bird’s-eye view that erases the blind zones a driver cannot otherwise see. The same image feeds an AI layer that picks out pedestrians and vehicles in the danger area and raises an audible and on-screen warning before the driver would have noticed.
The view is not one fixed picture. Nine perspectives sit a tap apart on the 10.1-inch screen: front wide and zoom, front AI detection, rear wide and zoom, rear AI, the left and right sides, and the dual bird’s-eye panorama. The system pulls up the right one on its own when the driver signals a turn, selects reverse, trips the radar, or crosses a set speed.
The AI works on the surround image rather than a single camera, so blind-spot detection covers the full area around the body and forward AI watches the lane ahead. When someone steps into the danger zone the unit warns in the cab and logs the event, which is what turns a camera into something the driver does not have to keep checking.
Manual switching is fine until the driver is busy, which is exactly when the blind spot matters. The unit auto-triggers the relevant perspective: the side view on a turn signal, the rear on reverse gear, a radar-cued angle when something approaches, and a default at speed. The driver does not go looking for the view; it arrives.
Storage is dual: USB and a hard drive up to 2TB, looping the oldest footage so a long-haul rig keeps weeks on board. Parking mode keeps a 24-hour delayed watch with battery protection so it will not flatten the vehicle. Over 4G and WiFi it reports to the CMSV6 platform for live view, playback and tracking on PC or phone.
